We use Stripe for our transactions which is completely safe and secure. We do not have access to your card details as this is kept in the safe hands of Stripe.

We include a FREE delivery service across New Zealand with tracked and next business day delivery. Please note, all orders must be made before 11.30am to be included for next business day delivery. If you are ordering past that time and require next day delivery please get in touch and we will try our best.
We have a surcharge for:
Rural deliveries (RD address) $7.00
Saturday delivery by arrangement only for a charge.
These options can be confirmed during the payment process.
We can also deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not offer a Sunday or public holiday delivery service. or Deliveries outside of NZ and Australia.
All orders made on Friday will be due to arrive on the next business day.
All our gifts are packaged very securely. If by chance yours is damaged, please get in touch when it is delivered.
We use Courier Post for our delivery service and while they do their very best to make sure your gift is delivered by the next business day it can not be guaranteed. Please let us know if your Happygram hasn't arrived on time and we can make it a priority to track down. You will also be provided with tracking details.
